GlobalLogic is seeking a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep expertise in cloud technologies, software systems, and troubleshooting complex environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen across cloud platforms, system architecture, APIs, databases, Linux, and monitoring tools, with the ability to analyze issues, read code, and support scalable, secure systems.
Requirements
Act as a technical SME for cloud-based systems and applications. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues across cloud, application, and infrastructure layers. Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure system reliability and performance. Review application logs, metrics, and traces to identify root causes and recommend solutions. Interact with and test REST APIs using industry-standard tools. Support system observability through monitoring, logging, and alerting tools. Provide guidance on best practices related to cloud architecture, security, and performance. Contribute to incident response and, where applicable, SIEM/SOAR workflows.
