Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore We are seeking a CloudOps Engineer to operate, monitor, and support cloud-native and data-intensive platforms. This role focuses on availability, reliability, automation, and incident response, working closely with DevOps, Data, and Platform engineering teams to ensure stable and scalable systems.
Requirements
Operate and support cloud and data platforms, including Kubernetes (K8s) and Hadoop ecosystems Implement and manage monitoring, alerting, and dashboards for infrastructure and applications Define and maintain SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs to measure and improve system reliability Build and maintain automation for routine operational tasks and platform management Perform incident management, including triage, resolution, and post-incident reviews Collaborate with DevOps and Engineering teams to improve system reliability and scalability Support CloudOps operations, including deployments, upgrades, and capacity planning Troubleshoot performance, availability, and reliability issues across distributed systems Contribute to runbooks, documentation, and operational best practices Participate in on-call rotations as required
