The ideal candidate will have a strong background in virtualization, system administration, networking, and cloud security, with a proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize cloud compute environments. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
Requirements
Act as a technical SME for cloud-based systems and applications. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues across cloud, application, and infrastructure layers. Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure system reliability and performance. Review application logs, metrics, and traces to identify root causes and recommend solutions. Interact with and test REST APIs using industry-standard tools. Support system observability through monitoring, logging, and alerting tools. Provide guidance on best practices related to cloud architecture, security, and performance. Contribute to incident response and, where applicable, SIEM/SOAR workflows.
