UX / UI Designer

Experience : 5 + years UX / UI Designer Position Summary We are looking for talented UX/UI designers to create amazing user experiences with our team. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to discover efficient and effective workflows, generate clean and artful design elements, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. Designers are customer focused and incorporate the user’s needs and preferences at the forefront of the design process, conducting user and market research to create engaging and intuitive experiences to enhance the overall user experience.

Key Areas of Responsibility • Lead UX projects and drive UX strategy • Uphold XD process and collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience • Execute all visual design stages from concept to engineering design reviews • Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas • Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders • Participate in user research and evaluate user feedback • Contribute to and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards Product Strategy, Vision, and Planning
